What is your MOQ for custom leather bags?
MOQ depends on the product design, leather, color and customization requirements.
For many custom genuine leather bag projects, our standard MOQ starts from approximately 50 pieces per style/color. For selected startup or trial projects, lower quantities may be evaluated.

After reviewing your project information, we can provide a sample development quotation before sample production begins.
For custom projects, sample payment is required before sample development.
What leather and materials can I choose?
Material options depend on the project and may include full-grain cowhide, crazy horse leather, oil-wax leather, vegetable-tanned leather, embossed cowhide, split leather, microfiber leather and PU.
Leather thickness, color, finish and hand feel can be selected according to the product design, target market and budget.
What parts of the bag can be customized?
Customization is not limited to adding a logo.
Depending on the project, we can customize the dimensions, leather, color, lining, internal layout, pockets, handles, shoulder straps, zippers, hardware, reinforcement, logo and packaging.

Bulk production lead time depends on the order quantity, material availability and customization complexity.
The production schedule will be confirmed after the final sample, materials and order specifications are approved.

How do you control product quality?
Quality control starts with the approved sample and confirmed production specifications.
Materials, construction and workmanship are checked during production, and finished products are inspected again before packing and shipment.
Buyers may also arrange their own QC team or a third-party inspection before shipment when required.
What are your payment terms?
For sample development, full payment is required before sample production begins.
For bulk orders, a deposit is required before production, with the remaining balance paid before shipment. The exact deposit terms may vary depending on the order and will be confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. We can arrange international shipping according to the destination, order volume and delivery requirements.
Available options may include express courier, air freight and sea freight. Shipping cost is calculated according to the final product quantity, weight, volume and destination.
